First Frost bite camp out.

After receiving a call from Hazel Farm Discovery Center that our camp out reservations have been canceled do to Hunting season conflicts we are now scheduled at Cape Henlopen State park. Do you have your Cyber Chip? Do you have a cell phone? Do you have a bicycle & helmet? Then lets have a Scout Scavenger Hunt and use our scout skills doing it.This camp out will consist of cold weather training and execution. Scouts will demonstrate how to maintain a safe sleeping environment along with self cooking on open fire and camp stove. Activities will consist of First aid, lashings, and knots and lots of pictures.This camp out will be the first of three Frostbite camp outs required to meet the requirements for the Frostbite badge.
